Hi all, I always used different planning poker tools while working in teams, but they all seemed "too much" and not smooth. Myself with a small team built the most clean and simple version we could think of. Out main focus - simplicity, nice feel and touch, try to make it a little fun allowing participants to spam emojis and poke one another. You can start from the website directly with one click, or from you slack with one /poker command.
Looking for feedback on how to account for other teams workflows better. But mainly we looking for ideas how to simplify (and potentially gamify) other common workflows in a similar way (+ via our slack bot). Maybe we can smoothen some jira pain points by providing slack commands to close sprints and move all tickets? Or something about 5 whys after incidents? Really curious what you’ve seen while working in dev teams and found boring and annoying to do.
