I think there's a huge value proposition here for startups (in the natural sense, not just limited to tech companies) to address the need for housing within existing complexes zoned for CRE. For one, I do not have answers to this question but I'm also curious to know how existing companies are working toward this goal.
CRE-zoned properties are here to stay and so are building restriction laws, on top of that, the cost to build is just sky-high everywhere still.
So what would you do as a startup in the RE tech space? What have you seen and what are you projections?
