Here's a great use-case.
A car salesman. THey're on their feet all day, many times just waiting around the dealership for people to walk in.
They go through the motions of their approach.
Let's say they need some feedback mid-sales presentation, they could "Go talk to the manager", and then ask the AI, "Please give me feedback on this situation".
Boom, the AI would tell them, "Pauly is a vain son-of-a-biatch. Play up the aspects of the car that makes him look cool. Show him aspects of the car that will play to his sense of status. Here's an example. XYZ. Also, stop disagreeing with him. Practice just agreeing with everything he says. He says the sky is green and the earth is flat. Agree - something like, 'not a lot of people are open minded like that...', then transition to where you need to go."
See when it comes to sales coaching, this is THE BIGGEST bottleneck to a sales person's performance. There is only 1 sales manager, and they have to decide who to shadow and spend time with. Sometimes they do it evenly. Sometimes they favor the best, sometimes the worse, sometimes the middle of the pack. Sometimes not at all and they sit behind their CRM and play with charts. Sometimes they carry a quota themselves so there's no time.
Here's another use-case:
Sames sales person as above, they didn't close the deal. Now they're back at their desk thinking about how they could have done it better. Or they have "head trash" and they're beating themselves up. Or their blaming the customer for being a cheap-skate, or whatever they're doing. Normally what's not happening is they're getting constructive feedback immediately following the session while the entire situation is fresh in their mind.
If you can solve this the feedback process to improve sales performance would go from, say from never at worse to 99+% post-call.
A smart sales person who wants to become a "master sales person" (Many sales people who choose the trade use that exact language) and who want to earn $500k/year.. they'd find a way to use this kind of tool.
The biggest obstacle I can see with this is the legality of recording people. But if it doesn't "record" but listen because it's an AI - I wonder if you can get around that. Because it would essentially be the same as having the sales manager do a ride-along with you, except that it's an AI rather than a human who listens and offers feedback.
