Not a financial tech company. But a real bank. I’m concerned that fintech will be regulated soon and I would like to put funds somewhere from my SaaS.

Where are you? Since you didn't specify, probably the US. There, the answer us almost always a small, local bank or a credit union. If you are elsewhere, please specify.
