I would just use Google Search Console. You need to use that anyway if you are serious. It is free.

The GCS is limited to 10 indexing requests per day.

Chuck a site map at it and most of that bad boy will get indexed, in my experience.

It won't necessarily get indexed. I have a website with close to 50k pages. It's been hovering at around 10% indexing for close to 3 years.

wonder how this service works... how it could ask google to index a site sooner ? in google doc, it says, it is not managed by human, its indexing frequency is based on several factors...

That is correct. This tool uses the Indexing API.
