A real solution to the problem is to diversify the nationalities of the core editors involved - however, as a resource, Wikipedia is too important to escape American hegemony, so this won't happen. Or, at the very least, the context of operations will always be framed from the perspective of the donations from the American military-industrial complex, which has had its grips on the Wikimedia foundation since its birth, since Wikipedia is a formidable propaganda organ in its own right ..
