World splitting between those who use ChatGPT to get better–and everyone else (opens in new tab)

"A recent study from Harvard Business School study looked at what happened when OpenAI's GPT-4 was given to 758 employees at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The researchers found that BCG staff using GPT-4 for consulting tasks were significantly more productive than those without access to the tool."

Now, maybe this survey result tells something about the consulting business and not ChatGPT?

I remember the world when search engines were in their infancy and google came along- it was no brainer to switch to google as it was a revolution in how information can be searched for.

With chatgpt it is fun technology but in my personal opinion it does not compare to revolution google brought in. I tried hard to jump on the train other people seem to be in, and I just could not get the same result I got when first discovered google. Maybe I'm getting old?
