You get downvoted if you suggest that website is a Captcha farm scheme, but it's obvious that's exactly what it is.
Apparently, because archive.is can't monetize the users (via tracking) when they use CloudFlare DNS they just violate the DNS protocol and return bogus results. That's a +1 for CloudFlare and a -100 for archive.is in my book, but what do I know...
