Hi from Argentina! Why Spanish? (It's not a complain, just curious.)

I saw the Spanish video in https://videodubber.ai/video-translation-to-your-own-languag... The voice is good, it sound almost like a mix of 80% es-es ad 20% es-??. But in the original English video the guy is screaming all the time, but the Spanish voice is quite neutral. Is it possible to make the AI voice scream!!!?
