Yeah, it may be so. Although I wonder if they are just afraid of the snakes that took over the company.

Or bad things about the board/company governance, or both.

I mean, when 90% of your company follows you instead of the board.... You won some hearts and minds

Is it Altman's culture if he was first kicked out and then most of the employees are willing to follow him to the new place?
