Ask HN: Do you want to get notifications about users?

As a SaaS developer, I can't get notifications about newly registered users / or current user behaviors. I have no idea what's going on with my SaaS. I just have a database.

I know, there are SaaS apps like LogSnag for this.

But, I also want to give them rewards based on their behavior, automatically. (for example, for those who uses the product well, or spends long time on site, ...)

Do you think this is a problem that needs to be solved? And which market is good for this?
