For someone who's not familiar with what you get from AWS, this appears to be similar, on the surface anyway. Can someone explain how it's different?

AWS rents you time on their servers. We sell you servers.

The difference is you own the hardware.

You can hire people that actually know how to drive business outcomes using AWS.
