I disagree about that, because the act of writing in itself is valuable IMHO, and even with LLMs you want to ensure there's a baseline competency because programming isn't just about "writing code". I'd appreciate it if people wouldn't lie to me about it just because they disagree.
"I think it's fine to lie because I think it's inconsequential" is the argument you're making, not "there is no lying involved".
