Seems much of this “inclusive language” is about not working too much.
In The Netherlands many woman prefer to work part-time. Like 24, maybe 32 hours a week. Why not offer such options?
Of course, working less will likely mean earning less per hour in the long run, but that must be a trade-off one is willing to make.
