I wouldn’t really call a pegboard “ikea-powered”. The title made me think that they had come out with some kind of NUC-like server.

I did find that part a bit of a stretch for "powered" but I'm more surprised his wife was happier with random shit cable tied to a pegboard than said shit sitting on a high shelf.

For improved maintainability, I have attached pebgoards to a metal backing with threaded magnets[1] and wingnuts. You can then just pry it off the backing when needed.

I've also used 4 hasp-staples and appropriate sized dowels; if you align two of the staples with each other then you can remove the other two to hinge it out.
