Share your favorite materials: intersection of LLMs and business applications

There have recently been some some nice early surveys on progress, pitfalls, future research directions:

and there are plenty of excellent blogs, articles, and github repos describing almost every possible technical aspect of the field. But I've found it much more difficult to find useful, in-depth articles as you push further into the practical use case side; objective white papers, long-form articles on business applications. The space is kind of dominated by short blurbs and marketing vibes.

It would be great to find some deeper reading on this topic, even if it is still largely speculative.
