Recommendations on perfecting startup pitch

Our startup just got in the final round for funding.

During this next couple of weeks we are going to be working on our pitch and I would really appreciate some pointers on what makes and needs to be addressed within our pitch.

What do you consider essential and what should be left out? Generic feedback would be great!
