Eugenics and ancillary fields are rather hazardous historically? I can't claim there isn't something there, but it mostly leads to racism.

And you don’t think it would be useful to know that a certain percentage or a certain group is more or less likely to be at risk from something?

There is one thing about making decisions that are unfair. There is another thing to bury your head in the sand because someone might be offended.

Again, I can't say there isn't something there and to that. I can say that it almost always runs straight to racism. Such that I can understand the refrain from funding a lot of those investigations.
