While being from India, and from the same sect that believes in this particular deity, I'm not sure how this relates to HN. Are we Reddit now?

HN is for everything fascinating. I'm sure a temple with hidden treasures is fascinating stuff in a lot of ways.

Ancient India was full of treasures like this. I bet some were even more massive.

Muslim invaders targeted India for centuries. Europeans showed up and looted the rest.
