Nonsense article exploiting the general publics lack of financial literacy. Revenue isn't the same thing as net profit.

The short term rental bit seems like a hand grenade waiting to go off...

Cool story, but you have to wonder what happens when gov contracts slip or become less plentiful. Maybe I just don't have the risk tolerance.
