That thing is so tiny, it's cute. I always wanted to try designing something like this, but not having the CPU pinouts is kindof a problem.

I did as well contacted Oracle for access to the latest UltraSPARC parts and documentation but they never got back to me.

I also became obsessed w SoC design when OpenSPARC was released. For some reason the T1000 was a really big deal for me
