That's a great question. We didn't do it here because power supplies tend to have a history of reliability. I haven't had a power brick fail on me.
It was an issue with the Airport Extreme back in the day, and that wasn't easy to open:

To begin to answer you: We start calculating a repair score by identifying the critical components.
For a power supply, what are the critical components? What fails in an AC GaN transformer over time? I don't know (yet).
Right now, we aren't providing schematics / repair information, or parts for it. So that loses us two points right out the gate.
Open to input and critique on the rest of the design.
