Is Your Twitter Down?

I haven't been able to load tweets nor any content for a couple hours now. Hardly seeing that many complaints around me. Is it a partial outage?

For me, at least, everything is being served from `ton.local.twitter.com` which doesn't exist. Superb work.

Edit: And now I am rate-limited for doing one (1) refresh in 5 minutes.

Mine is mostly fine, but it doesn't load the full version of images for a few days now. It will show me the inline cropped version, but I can't click through to the larger one.
