Maybe, but I seem to recall a couple months ago an article blowing up on HN that said, somewhat convincingly, that it was a U.S. operation.

But it's forgivable if Ukraine did it... Hence the spin begins.

I do wonder if the "Ukraine did it" theory, is the US info-ops response to earlier reports that the US did it.
