This is a very odd framing of the matter. Here, the invocation of CSAM is like some sort of stun spell.

I have no idea what you're trying to say. What is a "stun spell?"

If you are outraged (as you should be), you are unlikely to be thinking as effectively. Hence, the 'stun'.

Seems like things are returning to normal on Twitter. Maybe the Ad revenue will return next.
