Ask HN: Expired OpenAI Credits

We received $2500 in OpenAI credits through Microsoft for Startups program that expired today.

They were supposed to expire six months from our signup (Aug 1) but somehow got entered to expire June 1.

I can't seem to get in contact with anyone from MS or OpenAI. It'd make a world of difference if someone in HN had contact info or could help.

We're about to do a public beta so the timing is ooof...
