Flutter is no longer the only game in town (using the same approach), new solutions have come that are direct competitors.

What other direct competitors are you speaking of? SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose?

* long time to load * awkward scrolling * lag while images lod * unable to maintain high fps * no two finger swipe on touchpad to navigate back
