Show HN: Distillr – Use ChatGPT to get concise article summaries (opens in new tab)

I've made a web app where you can provide the URL to an article and get a summary that aims to improve clarity and readability, often times cutting the length of the original article to <50% of the original.

Of course the ChatGPT API isn't free so I do have a pro tier, but otherwise you can use the app once a day for free (hint: use different browsers if you want more free uses).

I'd like to make iOS and Android versions (I'm already using React Native for the web app), but they don't seem to like that I'm scraping third-party websites so... maybe a browser extension in the future?
