What are the ~12 crypto coins that are illegal to sell?

I hate when articles omit key information. This is the only question I wanted answered by reading the article and it's glaringly missing.

I don't believe the SEC itself has shared that information.

Which of the digital assets were not approved for listing in every state of operation?

Did US states approve these assets for listing on cryptoasset exchanges that do not sell securities?
