I'd recommend to have a look at https://github.com/libredirect/ as it gets actively developed and has more sites and features.

Thanks. I've tried it out of curiosity after reading your comment, and found Libredirect extremely confusing and frustrating :

- it rewrites URLs in content that I write, so when I posted a HN story about a youtube video, it changed the URL to some random Invidious instance

- its icon is not shown in the extension list in Firefox, so I never know whether it's on or not

- it seems to not work on Youtube anymore after I disabled it temporarily, despite the toggle being back on

- to change the config, I can't just click the icon (like I would in, say uBlock Origin or even Privacy Redirect), no, I need to go to Extensions > Libredirect > Click the three dots > Settings

I feel like the promise and the actuality of this plugin are worlds apart, sadly.
