How to solve the “chat GPT used by candidates” problem (opens in new tab)

GPT being used by candidates is not a problem, it doesn't need fixing. Candidates are only defending themselves from a garbage pseudo-scientific, long, and needlessly excruciating recruiting process. Now, THAT needs to be fixed.

Based on my experiments GPT4 can often correct itself when the mistake is pointed out. This won't lead to the desired result there.
