I received an automated call yesterday morning asking me to confirm the last few transactions on my Gem Visa Credit Card (provided by Latitude).
It attempted to transfer me to the fraud prevention team - 15 minutes later it disconnects me advising that there is nobody available to take my call and automatically suspends my card.
All contact numbers including Customer Service, Fraud, Lost/Stolen Cards and Complaints are unreachable.
