Relatively underhand change by Google early last month to limit all Google Drive consumer accounts to 5m files/folders regardless of whether you've reached the storage limit or not - paid or unpaid.
Causing chaos for lots of people, especially if you're utilising Google API's for storage and document editing for your own apps.
This was not announced, is not documented and was rolled out without notification.
