You don't have to be "in power" to coin terms. Teenagers on TikTok come up with more cultural commentary and introduce more new verbiage and lingo than the US Senate.
These terms did not originate organically. They get invented by "HR consultants", think tanks, C-suite pundits, etc. then pushed heavily by corporate media. It's basic astroturfing.
