We've been having weird network timeout issues on Azure for the last hour. Is anyone else seeing this?

If anyone comes across this, our issues are being causes by intermittent network issues in the New York data center of NordLayer - our VPN provider. Their status page is green but customer service has confirmed that there is an issue.
