I would have liked to know why they are going to bed at that time. Those times were not normal during my time at school, except for partying.

Depending on your major closing out the library multiple nights a week is a typical experience.

This sounds like a time management issue. Moving class start times back would not decrease the workload, nor provide extra sleep under the scenario you describe.
