It's basically a Holiday in Louisiana (South?) - most offices are closed today! The downer, for me, is I don't drink anymore - please have one for me if you're celebrating!
I live in New Orleans, but work remote for a company in New York. They have no idea what Mardi Gras is… President’s Day saved Lundi Gras for me at least!
I ate an entire pizza pie (new parmesan pizza) from Papa John's.. does that count? Okay.. tbh, I ate half the pie. I couldn't eat the entire thing... stomach doesn't allow for it anymore, but I'll be eating the rest today! (Wednesday)
