Ask HN: Is there a way to search by Newest on Twitter anymore?

I used to use the search by Newest option to find others tweeting about outages, now that option is gone and these types of searches are useless as they return results from years ago. Is there any hidden option to restore this functionality?

Us the Twitter Advanced Search and filter by dates. I’m sure that’ll go next.
