GPT anything cannot connect to the internet. Not ChatGPT, not GPT-3, nothing.

I was told the OpenAI playground could connect to the internet but my source must have been misinformed. Thanks for clarifying.

It’s a giant language model. There’s no known technique for doing something like you’re requesting currently.
