A subpar employee onboarding experience can be a bit deflating after an exciting hiring process. So we designed a more invigorating onboarding protocol.

One of the most "solution in search of a problem" I seen, and there are dozens of companies that already do this. Turns out onboarding is something companies don't really care about if they don't invest in it, there are a lot of places with very high turnover that make this moot.
