A hand appears and .background-color { background-color: $capital } changes. You're captivated by the smooth image transition on the right side. You keep hovering over the same title and then move it fully to the left. Hand disappears. Every four and a half seconds icons change in a loop: wallet - magnifying glass - handshake - back to wallet. Loop is running when you aren't hovering over the text cards. When you hover, a hand appears that holds the card in place.
What are these people doing? A hand shouldn't be used only to draw attention to the content of the current page.
