Unable to search for “telegram”, while WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. work fine (opens in new tab)

Twitter seems to be down (partly): https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=33943029

It says "This is an invalid search query. Please try a different one." rather than there being an error in performing the search.

Searching for "telegram" (with the quotes) does give results.
