I've seen plenty of articles about people who quit or were fired. I have not seen the other side, about people who chose to stay and continue working there. Are they all staying because of their visas or financial problems, living in fear and stress? Or are most enthusiastic about the new work-culture and/or some sort of bonus/options that have been offered?
