I have a Pixel 4a 5G phone that recently updated to the November security patch. It no longer charges from the wall. A very similar issue was reported on reddit a few days ago:

I’ve been plugging Android phones into chargers and not expecting them to charge reliably as long as I’ve been plugging Android phones into chargers.
