Well, this is great, it's exposing all the libraries that are external but should be cached in our CDN.

Is the origin server setting cache-control options that allow objects to be served when the origin is down? Are the objects number versioned so they can also utilize the immutable cache-control option? I don't use NPM so I have never dug into this.
