It's abundantly obvious that if this was used to punish people who insist on a more authoritarian federal government or who openly hate people of european heritage online this would be an outrage to the usual suspects and not even given the light of day, the fact it's being applauded is a great indicator that this will be used to persecute people who dissent the federal government.
