How come a development lib is downloaded xxx times? Because it's downloaded by the developers.
Developers have to use development and production and online systems. Here you have 3x downloads. Now multiply that with the countless redeployments and re-setup-instalations...
It's a lib used quite in a lot of projects. I'm rather surprised it's not downloaded tenfold the figure.
