How to regain access to a Google account with 2FA enabled after moving?

How would one go about regaining access to a google account after moving internationally and changing phone numbers and the account password?

2fa is enabled on the account but we do not have access to the US-based phone number anymore.

If anyone help with this it would be super helpful.

When you enabled 2FA originally, you would have been given some backup codes. Did you store those somewhere?

Similarly, was TOTP one of your 2FA options, because that shouldn't be tied to a phone number.

would a TOTP be accessible via the youtube or gmail apps?
