See "Dark Star" where they had to worry about the psychology of their ammunition. We're gonna have people Who cannot physically open devices to repair them (no serviceable parts inside), but will talk to them, offer them understanding, and make them work better through communication.
We had these folks before but the incentives were still aligned for helping the user of the devices; the next generation will be paid by the device manufacturers and owners. Like going to the phone store to find out why your phone will no longer call Aunt Becky.
