How’re you planning to get users and monetize them? Do you have to deal with HIPAA compliance, if so, how’re you doing this?

I finished HIPA and HL7/FHIR Integration. I am getting users through a population health model. This is phase 2 of my moon shot. This was phase one. I am writing a larger blog post about it now.
